Formulation (制剂配液)

Calculates the required volumes of cryoprotectant (e.g., DMSO), protein stabilizer (e.g., HSA/Albumin), and basal medium to achieve the target final concentration.

Formula: Volume_Stock = (Total_Volume × Final_Conc) / Stock_Conc

Filling Strategy (分装策略)

Determines the maximum number of product units (bags or vials) that can be filled from the prepared bulk, accounting for dead volume (tubing loss) and QC samples.

Available Vol: Total - Dead_Vol - QC_Sample

Thaw Prediction (复苏预测)

Estimates the final viable cell yield after thawing, considering pre-freeze viability and the cryopreservation process recovery efficiency.

Prediction: Start_Cells × Pre_Viability% × Recovery%
