肝细胞生长因子（HGF）激活 c-Met 受体的酪氨酸激酶级联反应，影响细胞生长和运动。起源于间质细胞，HGF 是一种多功能细胞因子，在血管生成、肿瘤发生和组织再生中发挥核心作用。最初分泌为非活性多肽，HGF 经过裂解成为活性异二聚体分子。该基因表现出可变剪接，产生多种异构体。

产品使用
开启前，请以 3000 rpm 离心 5 分钟。
建议使用无菌水将冻干蛋白复溶至不低于 0.5 mg/mL 的浓度。随后室温孵育至少 20 分钟以确保充分溶解。
请勿涡旋（Vortex）！剧烈振荡可能会损害蛋白的生物活性。
复溶后的溶液在 2°C 至 8°C 下可保存 1 周。
